Dear ACLU,

I would like your help with the matter of vaccinations; a matter which effects the lives of over 95% of people in Florida and the USA. There are several issues, here, which I believe need to be addressed:

Disclosure

Disclosure is needed in order to legally administer any medical treatment. This is not provided in the case of vaccines for the following reasons:

1. Vaccine batches are not consistent with each other, yet the descriptions provided and warnings of side effect percentages do not vary from batch to batch.
    

2. Vaccine batch sizes are not disclosed. So for instance, 2 deaths and 40 non-recovering injuries in an (undisclosed) 67,900 doses appears safer than 4 deaths and 46 non-recovering injuries in an (also undisclosed) 136,850 doses. Of course the former is more dangerous, but without the batch size, we can’t tell.
    

3. We do not have accurate statistics for adverse reactions to vaccines because even though Chapter 381.003(1)(e)4. of Florida Statutes requires the reporting of adverse reactions to vaccines, it does not provide any penalty for failure to report. Consequently approximately 90% of adverse vaccine reactions are reported by approximately 5% of physicians. This could mean that those 5% are over reporting, or the 95% are under
   reporting. In my clinical practice I have found it to be undeniably the latter.
    

4. The State clearly assists in the suppression of information which exposes the lack of effectiveness of vaccines, e.g. that diseases for which vaccines are currently used had already decreased by approximately 80% from the 1800’s before vaccines were introduced, along with diseases like Scarlet fever for which there was no vaccine; that for instance Finland, which had a 40% polio vaccination rate, saw the same rate of disappearance of polio as the USA which had a 95+% polio vaccination rate; and that vaccinated and unvaccinated groups in a population in which there is an outbreak suffer essentially extremely similar morbidity.
    

5. The State also clearly assists in the suppression of information that exposes the dangers of and impurities in vaccines, i.e. that many of them STILL contain mercury, formaldehyde, aluminum, some contain aborted fetal tissue upon which they have been cultured. That they are neither suitable for vegetarians, for those keeping Kosher, nor for those opposed to abortion.

Exemptions

Whilst there are medical and religious exemptions to vaccination for those in State educational institutions, I firmly believe that we have the right to just say “No”. A conscientious or philosophical exemption is the minimum we should demand in a society that claims to be free. The freedom to opt in, rather than the freedom to opt out would be the mark of a free society.
Also, the State clearly aids in keeping the current exemptions secret. The exemptions are not fully disclosed in the same manner that requirements to vaccinate are.

Compensation

Whilst the Federal government provides a compensation system for those damaged by vaccines, the awards are pitifully small. The signs and symptoms “goal posts” have narrowed over the years. The time period during which those signs and symptoms must occur in order for compensation to be considered has been shortened to 72 hrs, whereas immune reactions to vaccines actually take an average of around 10 days to escalate. Toxicity from the vaccines last much, much longer. All the Federal parameters effectively exclude the vast majority of the injured. Furthermore, the compensation program is funded by the patients, not by the drug manufacturers.

Responsibility

The Federal government has made it illegal for the injured or their families to sue vaccine manufacturers and those who administer vaccines. So the vaccine manufacturers may produce an inconsistent, toxic, and sometimes lethal product with impunity, while the public is deliberately kept in the dark. Besides the Federal government having a compensation fund, I firmly believe that the State, because of their perpetration of non-disclosure and their coercion to vaccinate should also be held accountable for vaccine injuries.
